Thanksgiving Day. It was one of my favorite Thanksgivings so far. We were happy to have my Mom & Dad drive in from OK, and they were willing to do the cooking...hey, I'm as big as the turkey these days. Chris and I went to the Shreveport/Bossier Rescue Mission to help serve meals during the lunch shift. After our volunteering, we came home, and enjoyed our Thanksgiving feast.
This year we are thankful for so many things...
*for our freedom and the brave men & women who protect it
*for our parents and the constant love & support they give to us
*for our brothers & sisters, we may be apart in distance, but only phone calls away
*for Ryan & Justin W, who have shown us what heroism looks like
*for my good dogs, who will never care about anything, but the heart we give them
*for our friends, good times and good memories always
*for my WONDERFUL husband, who is my best friend in the entire world
*for the Air Force, who couldn't given us a better PCS. Nice to be closer to family and friends
*for the healthy unborn baby who will be born in a few short weeks-we can't to meet him/her
